1. 84% of employees have experienced poor mental health at work.
2. 69% hid their mental health condition from coworkers and leadership because of stigma.
3. Anxiety and depression cost the world’s economy $1 trillion each year in lost productivity, absenteeism, and difficulty completing tasks.
